To all my friends and customers,

after two and a half great years it is time for the Dutch Oven to close up shop. 

It has been a great honor providing quality foods to the people of Pawling. I am moving back to Manhattan to live with my wife full time (not just weekends) and will be doing private chef work.

I was hoping to have a few weeks of going away festivities, but my wife just had a medical emergency (appendix, she will be fine thanks) and I needed to be with her.
